The Model B flown by Frank Coffyn was the Wrights' most successful aircraft. It was developed in 1910 following modifications to the Wrights' Model A and 'transitional' aircraft. Stable and reliable, it was sold to military and civilian pilots alike, who used it for training and demonstration flights. The Model B the worlds' first production aircraft, manufactured at the Wright factory in Dayton, Ohio.
